If you’re someone who is just about to start with keto diet, there’s no easy way to do it but get started with this product. Been hearing about keto program from a lot of my colleagues at work and we’ve reached a point where we put up a challenge, “biggest loser style”. Not that I’m getting ahead of others with this product but I just really think this gives me a big push in terms of sticking to my diet. For the first time, I didn’t have to give in to cheat days and been eating less. I really wanted to win the challenge and along with taking these pills, I’m regularly hitting the gym! I’m really putting my sweats on this one but it’s worth it. I’ve lost 38 pounds in 13 weeks! I love it and will keep using it .
